Note:
● Halogen-free characteristics: The cable will not release halogen-containing compounds (F, CI, Br, I) during use or accidental fires, i.e., it will not release toxic gases.
● Low smoke: Even if ignited, the cable product will not release dense smoke during accidental fires, and is evaluated in terms of light transmittance during the experiment.
● Flame retardant (ZR): Under flame conditions, the cable product only spreads locally and the flame extinguishes itself in a short time after the fire source is removed. Flame retardant levels are classified as A, B, C, and D.
● Fire resistant (NH): Under flame conditions (ordinary flame temperature 750°C~800°C, A-level flame temperature 950°C~1000°C), the cable product can operate normally for more than 90 minutes.
● WDZ-type cables are divided into WDZA-, WDZB-, WDZC-, and WDZD- according to the flame retardant level. According to environmental requirements, they can also have fire-resistant properties, identified as WDZN-, and the corresponding flame retardant levels are WDZAN-, WDZBN-, WDZCN-, and WDZDN-. GA 306-2007 "Flame-retardant and fire-resistant cables, plastic insulation, flame-retardant and fire-resistant cable grading and requirements" specifies the following requirements for fire resistance levels:
